Studio & flat moves
A lot of Ealing moves are a room or a flat rather than a whole house — a share near West Ealing, a one-bed off the Common, a couple upsizing within W5. These are quick when they’re planned and slow when they’re not, so we still survey first, even for a small one. The difference is scale: a one- or two-person crew, a right-sized van, and everything wrapped and boxed so nothing gets scuffed on the way down three flights.
Where there’s no lift — common in Ealing’s interwar blocks — we bring enough hands to carry safely and protect the communal stairs as we go. If a sofa or a mattress won’t make the turn, we’ll have worked that out beforehand rather than discovering it on the landing.
Full house moves
A whole house is a different animal: more rooms, more furniture, and more that can go wrong if the day isn’t sequenced. We survey the lot, agree what you’re packing and what we are, and turn up with the crew and vehicle the job actually needs. Floors and doorways are protected, rooms are worked one at a time, and the van is loaded to a plan so it comes off in a sensible order at the other end.

Do you do small flat moves as well as big houses?
Yes — a studio or one-bed is just as welcome as a five-bed. We match the crew and the van to the job, so a small move doesn’t pay for a big one, and a big move has enough hands to finish in good order.
Will you dismantle and rebuild furniture?
We take apart what needs to come apart — beds, wardrobes, flat-pack that won’t fit the stairs — and put it back together where it’s going. Tell us at the survey if anything is fragile or was a nightmare to build the first time.
Can you do the packing too?
All of it, or just the fiddly parts. Most people hand over the kitchen and the glassware and pack their own clothes and books. Whatever you choose, packed items are labelled by room and listed so they’re easy to find at the far end.
What if my new place isn’t ready on the same day?
It happens often. We can hold your things in secure storage and deliver when the keys come through, so you’re not forced into a same-day chain that doesn’t suit you.
